If you order is shipped to a Florida address, sales taxes for that state will be automatically added to your order. Orders shipped to addresses outside of Florida, currently do not pay taxes. Shipping charges are automatically calculated by our website, it is based on delivery address, and weight of items being delivered.

Orders are shipped "within" (48) hours from date and time in which payment has been made. We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.

You can cancel an order by sending a cancellation notice to our sales team, please send the order number associated with your order to sales@mobileoutcast.com. Once an order has been placed successfully, an order confirmation e-mail is sent to our customers. Your order number can be found on that order, by logging onto our website as a registered user, you can use that number to se the status of your order.
Once logged on, simply go to "My Account" and track your order(s). Also, customers can request a FedEx tracking number by contacting us at sales@mobileoutcast.com. Be sure to include your order number.

We suggested that you register as a user to make future purchases much smoother. Customers may also send payments by mail, however, this will delay the processing of your oder since products cannot be shipped until payment has cleared. Also, shipping charges have to be added.
